Example would be you’d buy a house for $500K, the preferred realtor would contribute $2500 towards closing costs. You can use that money to offset some closing costs or use it towards buying your interest rate down. This is a great option to move the needle more in your favor!

Madison Atrina LLC Dba District Lending Price Match Guarantee. Price Match applies to any purchase mortgage originated and funded by Madison Atrina LLC Dba District Lending on a primary home. Madison Atrina LLC Dba District Lending will agree to price match guarantee as long as the borrower sends a locked loan estimate dated same business day of when District Lending receives the locked loan estimate from the competitor. Example, borrower locks a loan on 7/8 at 12:00PM with competitor, District Lending loan officer needs to have the loan estimate by 7/8. Third party fees including property taxes, appraisal fees, credit report fees, title fees, homeowners’ insurance are excluded. We will beat competitors rate by .125% or more, You must close the loan with District Lending in order to obtain the guarantee. You must also choose one of our preferred realtors in order to obtain the price match guarantee.
